30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement.

 

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
